About Us

In Sanskrit, the language of Yoga, MAHA means “GREAT, MIGHTY, STRONG”.  Located right in the heart of Paia Town, on the magical North Shore of Maui, Maha Yoga & Wellness (MAE 3508) is a boutique center, offering a small, exclusive practice, learning and healing environment for the more discerning yoga and wellness seeker.

Our “Maha Yoga Mantra” is “LOVE YOGA, LIVE ALOHA”! Our fully equipped studio accommodates a maximum of 25 students in a beautiful space with lots of natural light and air and some of the best views across the North Shore!  Our classes are led by our team of well trained, experienced teachers who take pride in their art!  Classes include Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin/Restorative Yoga, Deep Stretching classes, Pilates, Qi Gong and (re)-conditioning classes.

Our Wellness Center, located right next door has 2 spacious treatment rooms where the combined sciences of Yoga, Ayurveda, Acupuncture, therapeutic bodywork, Massage, Shiatsu and Nutrition and lifestyle consultations will support you on your path to health, healing and wellness.

As a center for education in holistic lifestyle practices we offer ongoing presentations, workshops and teacher trainings by our in-house and visiting guest teachers, therapists, consultants and  speakers.

Our studio is also open for rent by teachers and trainers looking for the right space on Maui to offer workshops, trainings and continuing education in the yoga, health and wellness industry.  Our team will help you with logistical planning to relieve you of much of the stress of working in new locations!
